How it Works
Once we have an idea of the shipper’s current challenges and future areas of focus we work with the transportation providers that we think will be the best fit for the shipper to accomplish the goals set. We have relationships with these carriers, most for a very long time and we will only reach out to those that have proven to be successful with similar shippers, challenges, or freight profiles.
The end result will be a direct relationship established between the shipper and the carrier. Here’s what the process looks like:
The service doesn’t just end there, we partner with our customers to make sure they have all the support they need. While shippers will work directly with carriers on all day-to-day matters including dispatch, customer service, invoicing, etc, we are always there to assist on any larger matters that may arise and advise on anything concerning logistics and transportation.
